About this product
Shelled pecans are significantly more calorie-dense and rich in healthy fats (especially oleic acid), plant-based protein, and dietary fiber. They also contain concentrated micronutrients like manganese, copper, vitamin E (gamma-tocopherol), and zinc:
• Healthy Fats: Over 70% of a pecan's composition is fat, largely consisting of heart-healthy monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFAs). • Antioxidants: Pecans rank highest among all tree nuts for antioxidant capacity and are in the top 20 of all foods.
