A one-in-a-kind bike-powered grain dehuller and mill designed and hand-crafted in PA. This is an amazing tool for any homesteader who harvests or buys (in bulk) organic grains like oat, barley, rye or wheat. It's not electric-dependent and a great way to exercise (the stationary bike has variable resistance and a fly wheel). This is a unique and rare design not commercially available yet:
It comes with both rubber and metal burs for dehulling and milling various grains. This hand-crafted system is already tested on organic bulk heirloom wheat, oat, Einkorn and barley from PA Amish farms. Picture shows the result of a test run with organic spelt wheat. It did a good threshing job (full grains, chaff/husk, dehulled grain).
